Low Key Lighting was established in 2017 by Gaffer Kyle van Tonder. Since then, we’ve worked on hundreds of television commercials, corporate videos, content pieces, interviews, and music videos.
Based in Auckland, NZ, our lighting and grip combo kit is built around high-quality, modern lighting technology, suited to both studio and location shoots. Our kit is designed to give productions the flexibility and efficiency they need, while Kyle and his crew bring an adaptable, amicable, and experienced approach to every shoot.
Our kit has been finessed over the years to suit the demands of commercial, content, and corporate production. We bring the latest in LED fixtures and wireless control technology, combined with practical experience and a good understanding of the New Zealand film and advertising industry.
